Revival

Anneyong! Hello! It has been a while. I'm now back to reminisce all my experiences and memories throughout my studies and my marriage. Just a short summary of myself.

July 2014 - July 2016

I underwent ADFP (American Degree Foundation Program) for 1 year. The following year I studied under ACTP (American Credit Transfer Program). It was a hard, but I made it, Alhamdulillah.

Aug 2016 - May 2019

Alhamdulillah, I flew to University of Colorado Boulder (a.k.a CU Boulder) and studied Mechanical Engineering under the College of Engineering. Thanks JPA for sponsoring me! Made new friends with the Malaysians and the locals there. I also worked part time as an assistant at the residents hall in the campus. Balanced my work and my study schedule. Failed some papers, managed to scored again on the next exams and successfully graduated as a Mechanical Engineering student, woohoo! Truly grateful with I have been thru. Couldn't make it without the supports of my now-husband and my friends especially my Mechy Malaysian friends and my housemates, Syeera and Wani. I love you guys so much

I will share more about my college and my experience there later, inshaAllah!

July 2019

On 5th July 2019, I got married to my husband, Muhammad Ibrahim ❤. We have been together since Nov 2017 and finally with the support of our families, we tied the knot after graduated. Until now, I have been on TTC. The purpose of me coming back to my blog is mostly I want to recap all my journeys, all our thick and thins to see the doctors for my fertility.

I will share my journeys on TTC (Trying to Conceive) on the next post.

Please pray for us. Thank you!

Final decision - ADFP

Hi. Oh yeah since I don't register myself in UniKL MIAT, so imma enroll on this friday. Yep, will be taking ADFP in INTEC.

What's ADFP anyway? It's American Degree Foundation Programme a.k.a "All Day Fun & Play". Not sure how fun it is, but they say it's easier than IB but almost the same as A-Level but the hardest thing is the GRADING SYSTEM!!!! Smh.

Hm, nvm I believe different course has their own different difficulties. Even foundation in Malaysia also is not really easy yknow. I've been experienced it, so I hope I can make it in INTEC.

Here are some of blogs that practically help me in finding some infos on ADFP. I think they help A LOT in raising one's spirit. If you wanna know further about this course, check out these blogs:

Also, I even asked the guy who wrote about this programme on his blog through email. It really helped!

Here are my freshie annoying questions and his helpful answers.

So, I've finally widen my view on this course. I (finally) know more and get mentally prepared before I start my lessons. Bukan apa. At least I'd know ways how to survive soon. Do I sound really semangat........ hahahahahahahahaha but at least I get to know more! So feel a bit secure rite.

I'd like to thank the guy who wrote the blog. Thank you so much for enlightening me. May Allah bless him for his kindness and sincere. Wish me luck in pursuing success! Dunya and akhirat, in shaa Allah. *showing biceps*

Which one?

Hi, would like to express here on what happened yesterday.

Semalam I was so disappointed nak mati tahap idk what to say about my JPJ test. Macam mana lah boleh fail kat bukit. Haihhhhhhhhhhhhhhh padahal benda senang tau time driving class tak pernah terundur pun. Bila JPJ lah handbrake pulak tersekat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aduh menyesal gila tk tipu haih donno when to take the test after I get enrolled into college.

Talking about college, I haven't decided which college should I enroll. I mean like....... allow me to tell this. Not gonna showing off, seriously. No hate. I'm in dilemma right now.

So, if you're given choices between MARA and JPA offers, which one will you choose?

I've done some research on Google (eceh research. Google cukup) on both JPA and MARA. Both have pros and cons.

JPA: the concept used is bonding at least 6 tahun after grad. Means, gotta kerja under government but gaji tak masyuk ah. But peluang kerja dah ada. Lagipun, engineering banyak scope so mostly banyak nak engineers walaupun dah berlambak kat Malaysia ni engineer.

MARA:  the concept used is loan but may change according to result. Means, if got pointer above 3.5 you gotta pay at least 10% based on each course. Kerja tak terjamin boleh dapat but can work with GLC or private companies! Tu cam bonus gak ah but risiko dia agak tinggi. Kalau tak bayar habis, all your family sampai keturunan cucu beranak pinak tk boleh apply MARA, MRSM and such. So, have to pay jugak no matter what after grad! Tu cons dia.

Ni under MARA. Gonna enroll on 6/7, this sunday.  Aviation. Bunyi macam best kan? Memang best pun acutally but in Malaysia agak susah nak cari kerja UNLESS if you get enrolled in training center like DTS (Dilog Training & Services) and APR (Aero Precision Resources). Russia problem satu je: the language. Kalau grad dari uni, susah sikit nak kerja kat bahagian hanger sebab kena ambil license dulu baru boleh. So, when my fella told me this, I become more confuseeeee which one to choose haiyo.

Why? Because out of the blues I got JPA! Yang aku tak apply pulak tu.... .____. ...... donno how and why. Alhamdulillah rezeki, but there's one thing that makes my spirit down.

MAK OIH!!!!!!

IKR BOLEH HEART ATTACK TENGOK NI :"""""( Tinggi gila marking range dia and sangat kejam haih.

Hence, that's why I'm counfused right now. Either MARA or JPA.................... People around me encourage me to take the JPA because:
1. US
2. US
3. Russia sebab language problem
4. Kerja terjamin
5. & US

Sebab MOST of people yang bagi suggestion to me pandang US/UK rather than other country especially Russia yang dikatakan country based communist. But my cousin said US sounds scarier --' Ok lagi confuse aku.

Pray for me which should I choose. In shaa Allah that decision will be the best.

Interview JPA Engineering Germany/France/Japan Korea

On 15 April, Tuesday, I went to JPA interview. Gotta postpone Physics exam on the evening. Well, what to do. The interview was held at UNITEN.

It wasn't interview actually. It was SAC (Student Assessment Centre). The total time was 3 hours. Every 1 hour we had different session at different room. My group consisted of 8 members.

First room, we had case study. But this case study was different from Petronas. This one, we didn't need preparation time to list out our points. We had to speak spontaneously on whatever crossed in minds. The tittle given was IMMIGRANTS. So, we just discussed with each other and summarized all the points and made conclusion while the panels silently judged us.

Then, the next room, we had PERMAINAN MINDA. This game was quite interesting. We were divided into two smaller groups, and we had to discuss and find a conclusion to answer the questions given. The questions were:

1. There was a paper given a list of numbers. We had to conclude how did the numbers become in that sequence.

2. Some numbers, equal sign, multiple and plus sign were given and we had to rearrange in algebraic expression to get the total number of 10 (or 20 I'm not sure, I can't remember)

3. A situation where:

"Seorang lelaki memandu dengan laju di simpang gaung kemudian terlanggar pembahagi jalan lalu terjatuh ke dalam tasik. Tangan kanan nya terseliuh dan dia tidak dapat menyelamatkan diri. Dia hanya mempunyai masa selama sejam. blablabla (I don't remember) 2 jam kemudian pasukan penyelamat datang dan terkejut bahawa dia masih hidup. Berikan alasan bagaimana dia boleh terselamat dalam keadaan sebegitu"

After that, the panels asked us one by one about ourselves and why we chose engineering and the country provided. I was speechless when she asked why I chose Germany and I didn't have exact answer.......... Because I want aeronautical engineering actually but oh well, just trying my luck here. Hentam kromo kahkah.

Then, the last room, we had DEBAT!!!!!!!!! OMG I've never participate in debate or debat then this assessment got debat omg. The title was "NEGARA MAJU TIDAK SEPATUTNYA MEMPUNYAI PENDUDUK BERLEBIHAN" I think.  I was on the opposition side. Aduh. Assessment ni memang aku hentam kromo jela. I honestly didn't speak much but at least I tried. Ok ah tu. Nasib budak MCKK tu helped me lots in giving out my points. And there was a Malay guy from VI, he spoke in english well but in malay, he didn't sound like one. I repeat. He's a MALAY GUY. Macam pelat and he spoke in english well during the debat. Ok..... and I was like...... ok...... up to you........

Pape pun, redha.
