Second sem UPM

Second sem started after a week of sem break. Starting of sem was awesome. Our first day class was canceled so we went to Mines to play bowling! Haha.

Surprisingly, it was the second last day of Mien being in UPM. My best buddy throughout my sem here and since I was in SMSS. I'm gonna lose her. She got Petronas oversea scholarship to US *cries* But nvm, I know I can handle myself and survive on my own here without her.

Why? Because when you're living in college, all that matter is you yourself and not anyone else. Like if you get hungry during dinner, but your fella isn't your roommate and imagine if s/he lived at different hostel and s/he didn't want to eat dinner, so you gotta go to cafe all by yourself. So, I let her go instead (ceh dah macam moving on after break up je hahahahahahaha)

Ok, so Mien's gone. Then, I gotta live independently.

During last sem, we got 5 classes. I was in Kuliah 3. This sem, I am in Kuliah 2. We got 3 classes for second sem altogether. Kuliah 1 stays together with September intake students. Kuliah 2 + Kuliah 3 becomes Kuliah 2. and Kuliah 4 + Kuliah 5 becomes Kuliah 3. Old classmates and new ones. But I've known them since last sem so it isn't a big deal.

Our subjects for this sem are:

-Organic Chemistry (3rd sem subject)
-Statistic (3rd sem subject)
-Physics - Heat, light and ((not sure apa)) (2nd sem subject)
-Physics - Electric, electronic and electromagnetic (3rd sem subject)
-Biology (2nd sem subject)
-Biology - Genetic (3rd sem subject)
-Agriculture - Food (2nd sem subject)
-Agriculture - Entrepreneur (3rd sem subject)

8 subjects = 24 hours credit WTH -,- and total lab reports that we gotta do is 5. FIVE BABE FIVE! Banyak tu. On fourth week pulak, semua lab ada and gotta send all the lab reports on that week jugak! Feh, Bio paling seksa -,- Abang Zul our lab demonstrator suka buat kitorang rushing dari last sem lagi :"( -.- Dah lah time tu test 1 dah start. Memang tk penat langsung -,-

However, since I got MARA, I only took Chem test and Entrepreneur test. Chem so far ok jugak..... kot..... I got ok lah and Entrepreneur test, Alhamdulillah I did well. Got marks already but the rest papers, I didn't sit for it. Yeah..... Because on Thurday, 22nd May would be my last day in UPM.

War Games during last sem. Sedihnya :""""""""""""""""""""""""""""(

I was sad for leaving my friends here plus happy for the offer. I donno. Couldn't describe my feelings. So much feels that I couldn't tell how was it. *sigh*

It was supposed to be "Together we stand, divided we'll fall". Not "STARD" WHAT THE HECK --'

After I went out, Athirah also quit. And so, our Lecthree becomes lesser.... and lesser. From 27 of us since last sem, now only got 9 of us stay there excluding me *sigh* Because most of us took scholarship offer and some of Trackers get into Streamers and move to other uni because they want to take Medic course :( I heard that Trackers sekarang tinggal 60++ je people :( So sad, we become lesser haih.

Prof Mahiran (Pengarah Pusat Asasi) expects the best from us (I mean Trackers) anyway. So you guys gotta score better for this sem tau!!!!!! Atiqah, Mima, Ica, As, Sya, Izzati Nadzri, Izzati Suhail, Muih & Pedot, PLEASE BANGGA KAN LECTHREE TAU!!!! And semua Trackers yg aku kenal yang still stay, please score tau!!!!!!!! Sayang korang :'(

To STREAMERS, WELCOME TO UPM ESPECIALLY SYAA, NAZMI & MIJAH!!!!!! SCORE THE BEST FOR YOUR RESULT AND GET ABOVE 3.75 BECAUSE I KNOW YOU GUYS CAN!!!!!!


So, my life in UPM was over since 22nd May. *sigh* I miss UPM so much that I could cry a river, eh no. A sea :'""(

I thank Allah for giving the chance to meet you guys in my life. Thank you for being with me through thick and thins. I pray the best for you guys in pursuing happiness and achieving success in life. In shaa Allah, we'll meet again. Pray for me as well.

My earlier plan was if I continued in UPM, I'd graduate at age 22, get first class honoured in Aerospace engineering and continued Ph.D. But then again, I wasn't fated to do so hm.

So attention to all '97 kids, SCORE THE BEST FOR YOUR TRIAL SPM. If you're in science stream and planning not to take medic, you can apply UPM fast track lane. I'm sure it's the best choice. You can plan as what I've planned and if you don't mind, why not following my earlier dream LOL xD JK.

If you don't have chance to get into fast track, try to APPLY STREAMER AND CHOOSE UPM AS YOUR CHOICE WHEN APPLYING UPU. You'll be doing it after you get your SPM result. Choose UPM if you don't plan to further in Law, Dentistry and Pharmacy. Trackers ke, Streamers ke, September intake ke, WE'RE ALL ASPERIANS. BE PROUD.

Anyway, I didn't regret for being enrolled in UPM. It was the best experience for the rest of my life. I mean like you get into college earlier than your fellas, and you get to be senior to them. Isn't that legit? I'm sure it is.

Tracker UPM

I registered at UPM as Tracker on 28/12/13.

Wait, wait. Don't tell me you don't know this thing. You don't know what's Tracker, do you? Have you ever heard about UPM? About their foundation programme? No? Ok lemme explain.

UPM has foundation programme (Asasi Sains Pertanian a.k.a ASPer) which consists of 3 lines:

• Fast track - offers 8 months (2 sem) of foundation and you can save 1 year early to graduate! You can apply for fast track based on your trial SPM result. But the bad thing is you gotta catch up all the lessons faster because it's FAST TRACK manh! If you're in fast track, you are TRACKER. (psssssttt, trackers are way cooler than streamers coz you are senior to your friends who are same age with you!)

• Stream - offers 1 year (3 sem) studies. This one is ordinary foundation and based on your SPM result. The minimum grade to get in ASPer is B. So if you get C+ in one of subjects, can't help it :( If you're in stream, you are STREAMER.

• September intake - offers 1 year (3 sem) studies same as streamers but you learn together with trackers because you're late for 3 months. But don't worry, you can still catch up things and can take degree on same time with streamers. Usually those who get into September intake are those who can't fly to oversea due to several problems so they'll be transferred to September intake programme.

Anyway, life in UPM is so cool. You can wear anything you want to class. Jeans, skirt, blouse whatsoever coz no body cares about your appearance. Even the lecturer will not scold you as long as you wear shoes. It's not like in Matric. Rules are on your own! That's why I like being in UPM. 

The lecturers are also nice. Except for our Calculus lecturer........ He isn't nice when talking to us but he's nice when marking our paper. The lecturers are so lovable, they can be friends to be chat with at the same time! Dr Zaizi, Dr Md Jelas, two of these are my fav Chemistry lecturers. Dr Zaizi is so loving grandpa :3 Kuciku :3 Sho cute ngawhh :3

Anyway, for first sem, we learn:

-Biology

-Physics

-Inorganic Chemistry

-Physical Chemistry (2nd sem subject)

-Algebra

-Calculus (2nd sem subject)
-SSK (3rd sem subject)((same as ICT. I donno what SSK stands for haha))

-anddddddddd AGRICULTURE!

Agriculture? But why? Well, this is the reason why ASPer is special. We learn agri dude, don't be surprised haha. We even go to farm, nursery, fish hatchery, cow farm and many more during amali pertanian. Best sangat! You won't get those experiences if you're in other asasi.

I'm in Lecture group 3. There're 5 classes for Trackers. We call ourselves as "Sleepy Heads" coz every time when lecture class, there must be one of us who falls asleep. Haha. Lecthree is another nickname for our group.

Being as tracker, they say we don't have social life. Nope, I guess we prove to them that they're wrong. Ok maybe coz of the timetable is so pack coz everyday our class starts at 8. But if we have free time, or the class is canceled, we'll go to Mines and have fun what. Haha. Flat ikan also is another nearest place to be lepak-ed at. Mamak restaurant at Flat ikan. Ok what. 

At "Jom Masuk U" fair. A few days before final exam. Sempat lagi! xD

Haa talking bout exam, test 1 and 2 usually held at night. During day we have lecture and night after that, around 8 p.m. we'll have test. It was average and some questions are easy. Ok joking. It was freaking damn hard!!!!!!!!!!! But slalunya memang redha jawabnya. Final exam lagi macam............. Hm

Another best activity held by ASPer is WAR GAME!!!!!!!!!!! This is a camp where you will know all of your batchmates and the activities provided are all water based! Best sangat I swear ❤ War Game was held at Jasin, Melaka. Our commander's name is Pak Let. And kat sana tak rushing and the facilities were okay. We went kayaking, night walk, Explorace Danau, water rafting and such. Masa Explorace Danau time kat lumpur I was cramp harhar tak guna. Nasib ada hero hero malaya datang membantu hahahaha. The real War Game has to be canceled coz the mud is dry. Phew, seb baik!

p.s. if you're tracker, you can't further your studies in medic but if you're streamer and September intake, you can take anything course you want for your degree!

NOTE THAT ASPER IS NOT ONLY FOR BEING FARMER OR FISHERMAN OK YOU CAN TAKE ANY COURSE YOU WANT. I REPEAT, ANY COURSE.

It's been a while I didn't update my blog. Quite long jugak lah around more than a year hahah! but this time since I don't have any work to do at home, so I decide to update back my blog. Hi hi hi bloggy!!!! OMG I seriously miss my blog!!! Been dusty and rusty I know hahaha 

Well I got a lot of stories to be told here. Bout my life in SMSS, my SPM-route-in-hell life, my scholarship interviews, my UPM life, my lifeless life. OMG!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna update all these stories till I get satisfied!
