Felda scholarship. This one is special for Felda's generation, not the public one like FGV. Yup, I'm Felda's third generation. My granddad is living in Felda in Kedah.
OK, this interview is formal. No group interview. Seriously, just individual. All depends on yourself. This one was held at Menara Felda at Ampang on 29 April (I think)
First session was test. Test dia ala ala MARA punya soalan tu. Ada. Then last question. Essay. Haaa sudah essay pulak dah. the title was "Reasons why do I need to be this scholarship holder" Ok apa lagi. Bantai jelah. Kahkah.
Then next session, individual interview. The panels asked bout my education, my interest, why I choose engineering and stuffs. The interview was about 12 min. Well that's all.

Interview MARA
Haaaa interview MARA was the best interview I've ever attended! And no need to postpone exam hihi. Well, our dress code was informal. We gotta wear t'shirt, tack bottom and sport shoes.
Peliknya dress code. Ikr? I did some exercises and jog and bought new sport shoes for this interview coz there were some rumours said that....
"Aku dengar cerita interview MARA tahun ni ada marathon"
"Interview MARA ada yg PLKN training tu, bumping ke apa tah nama dia yang lari patah balik within masa yg diberi"
Frankly, I was like OMG I gotta train myself and be fit and be confident for this interview!!!!!!!!!
Then, turned out, mana ada pun semua tu! Pfffttt. Penat tau training haha. My interview was held at UniKL MFI, Bangi. Most of my batchmates got at KMB and KMS tsk tsk I was the only one yg sesat kat sini T.T
Well, bangun pagi dah lambat jangan cakap lerrrr memang sampai sana dah pukul 8.10 a.m kahkah. But our session was on 11 a.m. Yeah lambat lagi. If I know earlier, I wouldn't have to be so rushed during morning -.- Then, got new fellas. My group, there were 3 of us chose the same code LN0801 which was at Russia. Why Russia? Because it's the only code program that has aviation course. Well.
First room, we were given a task on role play. We gotta act and make the panels laugh and we gotta use and innovate all the materials provided to be used in our role play. We acted spontaneously hahahaha it was fun I swear. And you gotta speak in english. If you could cooperate with each other, you would enjoy the task given. The objective of this task was to test you if you could cooperate with your team members or not :)
After that, the panels asked us about religion stuffs. Alhamdulillah, we could answered those questions.
Then, the next room, we were given a case study. Aduh case study lagi. But this one was easier. It was about "Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's contribution to country" We discussed very very very very well and tak hambar at all! Best gila! After that, we were a given a paper of every team members. We gotta give mark to ourselves and other members. I just gave all of us 4/5 hahaha. Quite fair rite.
Then habis :) Sekejap sangat. Around 12.30 p.m dah habis. Then, we exchanged numbers and balik.

Interview JPA Engineering Germany/France/Japan Korea
On 15 April, Tuesday, I went to JPA interview. Gotta postpone Physics exam on the evening. Well, what to do. The interview was held at UNITEN.
It wasn't interview actually. It was SAC (Student Assessment Centre). The total time was 3 hours. Every 1 hour we had different session at different room. My group consisted of 8 members.
First room, we had case study. But this case study was different from Petronas. This one, we didn't need preparation time to list out our points. We had to speak spontaneously on whatever crossed in minds. The tittle given was IMMIGRANTS. So, we just discussed with each other and summarized all the points and made conclusion while the panels silently judged us.
Then, the next room, we had PERMAINAN MINDA. This game was quite interesting. We were divided into two smaller groups, and we had to discuss and find a conclusion to answer the questions given. The questions were:
1. There was a paper given a list of numbers. We had to conclude how did the numbers become in that sequence.
2. Some numbers, equal sign, multiple and plus sign were given and we had to rearrange in algebraic expression to get the total number of 10 (or 20 I'm not sure, I can't remember)
3. A situation where:
"Seorang lelaki memandu dengan laju di simpang gaung kemudian terlanggar pembahagi jalan lalu terjatuh ke dalam tasik. Tangan kanan nya terseliuh dan dia tidak dapat menyelamatkan diri. Dia hanya mempunyai masa selama sejam. blablabla (I don't remember) 2 jam kemudian pasukan penyelamat datang dan terkejut bahawa dia masih hidup. Berikan alasan bagaimana dia boleh terselamat dalam keadaan sebegitu"
After that, the panels asked us one by one about ourselves and why we chose engineering and the country provided. I was speechless when she asked why I chose Germany and I didn't have exact answer.......... Because I want aeronautical engineering actually but oh well, just trying my luck here. Hentam kromo kahkah.
Then, the last room, we had DEBAT!!!!!!!!! OMG I've never participate in debate or debat then this assessment got debat omg. The title was "NEGARA MAJU TIDAK SEPATUTNYA MEMPUNYAI PENDUDUK BERLEBIHAN" I think. I was on the opposition side. Aduh. Assessment ni memang aku hentam kromo jela. I honestly didn't speak much but at least I tried. Ok ah tu. Nasib budak MCKK tu helped me lots in giving out my points. And there was a Malay guy from VI, he spoke in english well but in malay, he didn't sound like one. I repeat. He's a MALAY GUY. Macam pelat and he spoke in english well during the debat. Ok..... and I was like...... ok...... up to you........

Interview scholarship Petronas 2014
I went to Petronas Youngstars Day 2014 on 14 April, Monday at Bangunan UTM Space, Jalan Tun Razak. Near Ampang gak ah. It was my first time attending an interview. I was nervous as a mouse was scared of a cat. I did some research on the internet for preparation a night before the iv. And I gotta postpone my BIO exam. Why? Interview time aku tengah final exam memang ler kena postpone. My lecturer couldn't be contacted so Mien's lecturer said we could postpone it on Friday. Phew.
Then, we had lunch and break. and interview session started around 2 p.m. Each interview group consisted of 5 members. I got candidate C in my group. The case study given was about ADVERTISEMENT. I couldn't remember well my title but it had something to do with advertisement affects people and how should government prevent advertisement from affecting people's mind and life. Something liddis.
First, they gave 30 min to prepare whatever points you gotta present for individual presentation and group discussion. The time given for individual interview was 10 min and for group discussion was 20 min. Like seriously, lama gila kot masa dia bagi. MUET pun tk selama macam ni .___. I was afraid if I could not present well but tawakal jelah.
Then, after my group members had done their individual session, it was my turn. Pergh. The panels attacked me by questioning my points and and gave situation related to my given points. I was speechless, I couldn't answer him back. Damnit, I know he was just testing me if I had confidence in myself or not.
After the individual session done, we had group discussion. It was seriously just like MUET but this one was quite hambar...... and I didn't speak so much so........ nvm. I let the two chindians spoke and I just agreed to everything they said. Then, habis.
Long story short, I did bad. And I didn't get the Petronas scholarship either. According to my cousin, I got 2.5 out of 3.0. To get the oversea scholar, you must get 3.0 full mark and to get into UTP, you must get at least 2.5 but since I didn't apply for local, I didn't get Petronas. Nvm, maybe not my fortune.
So, next time if you have interview session. Be confident! Speak up whatever in your mind. Don't let your mouth locked like there's a gold in your mouth. Yeah, reminder to myself as well.
Ok so, some of my fellas got the same place and same day as me. Mien, Muhaimin, Harraz, Afiff and Cijan but Harraz got the interview session during morning. Our first session (except for Harraz) was test session.

The first test was about Physics, Chemistry, Add Math. Yeah it combined those subjects as one. It were not so easy, just average I guess. I answered well coz most of the questions were all bout the SPM syllabus. Don't worry. It was all objective questions. Then, the second test was Critical Thinking Skill / IQ test something. And the time provided was 30 min!!!!!! Like seriously!!!! 40 questions and you gotta answered within the period. Haaa! Ni memang macam tuuuttttt. There were diagrams sequence and you gotta figure out the next diagram, what would it be. Just liddis. But I guess I answered it well.
